Step 1: Choose a Package That Suits Your Lifestyle

We have packages that consist of 5, 10, 15, or 20 meals that cater to many different diets. 

We use the highest quality ingredients. We use homemade non-gmo, organic and local products as much as possible. Please notify us of any food allergies as we take allergies very seriously.

Each meal provides a balance of complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and fresh vegetables. The serving sizes are perfectly portioned and macros are provided. 

Choose a package that fits your dietary needs.

Our Paleo Meal Plan, identified by 'p' are free of legumes, grains and dairy. It focuses on fresh vegetables, lean protein and nuts. This is the optimal weight loss plan or for people that can't eat grains and dairy.

The Vegan Meal Plan, identified by 'v' are for people that want to abstain from eating meat and fish. It's based on fresh vegetables, complex carbohydrates and plant based proteins. 

The Balanced Meal Plan includes pasta, bread, potatoes and various grains. It includes all food groups in a healthy balanced way based on Canada's latest food guide.

Orders must be submitted 24 hours in advance of the delivery date specified. Please indicate any substitutions at this time in the comment section. Payments must be received before the order is delivered. Accepted payments include cash, cheque, credit card, paypal and e-transfers.

 

Step 3: We Deliver Your Food or You Pick up For Free

Deliveries occur  3-9 pm Wednesday & Saturday evenings to the shipping address you provide us. We deliver within Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo, Baden, New Hamburg & Breslau for a fee of $6.50-$10. If you cannot be home, please leave a cooler with ice on your doorstep. 

Step 4: Eat & Enjoy Eating Healthy Stress Free!

We cook and package your food in a health inspected commercial kitchen located at the Kitchener Market. Our practices have been inspected regularly by Public Health and each time we have passed 100%. Safe food handling is our top priority!!! Our containers are recyclable and reusable as well as freezer and dishwasher friendly. We do not require them back.

All orders are non refundable on or after the day of delivery/pick up.
